Transform the Confusion on the mind into the wisdom of the heart
Ground your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your heart’s wisdom to create a vision board guided by self-love and inner clarity.
Imagine waking up to the stillness of nature and the breathtaking beauty of Lake Tahoe. Embrace the energy of peaceful change and quiet strength, just as nature gathers itself to meet the winter. Feel the gentle pull to look within, quiet your mind, and connect to the light and wisdom of your heart.
As you sip custom-crafted herbal teas, you allow space to observe without judgment, to listen deeply to the whispers of your heart. Slowly, everything unfolds. The yoga retreat exceeded my expectations. The retreat was a magical, calming, peaceful and very life changing experience. I found the workshops a great way to connect with your personal feelings, thoughts and difficulties we encounter on a daily basis and work through those specific issues and learn ways to find more of a peaceful and full life.

Gaia was such a grounding, positive presence. I felt safe, supported, and heard during the workshops. Gaia practice what she preaches, meaning she was taking care of herself in her own practices before leading us in ours. She had the space to talk through each persons lessons.
